Custom Cakes — No Refunds · 맞춤 케이크 — 환불 불가

Once we begin making your custom cake, refunds are not available. Every cake is made to order for your specific pup.

맞춤 케이크 제작이 시작되면 환불이 불가능합니다.

If We Make a Mistake · 당사 실수

If we make an error on your order, we will remake your cake for free or provide a full refund. Your satisfaction is our priority!

당사 실수가 있을 경우 무료 재제작 또는 전액 환불을 해드립니다.

Pickup No-Show · 픽업 미방문

If you don't pick up your order within 24 hours of your scheduled pickup time, the order will be donated or discarded. Please contact us if you need to reschedule.

예약 픽업 시간으로부터 24시간 이내에 픽업하지 않으면 주문을 기부하거나 폐기합니다.

Cancellations · 취소

48+ hours before pickup: Full refund available.
Less than 48 hours: No refund — production may have already begun.

픽업 48시간 이전: 전액 환불 가능.
48시간 미만: 환불 불가.

콩 크림 (Soy Cream) Option

Soy cream cakes are priced separately. The same refund policy applies to all custom orders.

콩 크림 케이크는 별도 가격이며 동일한 환불 정책이 적용됩니다.
